Dr. Hilario Martinez, MD Is an Interventional Radiologist / Neuroradiologist who has been practicing for over 15 years. Dr. Martinez is a graduate from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed a Vascular and Interventional Radiology Fellowship with Georgetown University, followed by a Neuroradiology Fellowship in the University of Maryland.
In 2006, St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh, NY granted him the Life Saver Award for Excellence in Neuroendovascular Stroke Intervention. Dr.Martinez has been practicing medicine in South Florida for over 12 years specializing in the treatment of patients with severe peripheral arterial occlusive disease, critical limb ischemia, venous stasis ulcers and interventional pain management. At Gables Radiology Associates, he performs all gamuts of outpatient interventional radiology procedures, in particular the procedures mentioned above.
